DEA is an education charity that promotes global learning. Our vision is for all citizens to understand the global challenges we face and develop the capabilities to create a more just and sustainable world. We want to ensure that people in the UK learn about global issues such as poverty and climate change and develop an open-minded, global outlook.

DEA works to influence policy and improve educators' practice. Our national network of member organisations includes many large development and environment NGOs, as well as Development Education Centres and education NGOs based locally around the UK.
